Our primary service is creating custom songs using AI-assisted technology and human creativity. By using our website or purchasing a song, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

By accessing this website or submitting any personal information to request a song, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Services Overview

DeYo-Music.com offers personalized song creation services through AI-assisted composition and human refinement. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom songs tailored to user-provided details

• Various song tiers and add-ons (e.g., custom artwork, videos, streaming distribution)

• Licensing options for personal or commercial use
  

All song purchases come with a Limited Personal Use License unless the Commercial License Upgrade is purchased.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a song request.

• Ensure that any content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyrighted material).

• Comply with these Terms and Conditions and use the delivered content only as permitted.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is not infallible and may require human review, which is incorporated into our process.

4. Ordering, Payment & Refunds

4.1 Ordering Process

To purchase a custom song, you must:

1. Fill out our online request form with song details.

2. Select any add-ons or upgrades (if desired).

3. Complete the payment in full before we begin creating your song.

4. Receive confirmation of your order via email.

4.2 Payment Terms

• We accept payments through secure online payment processors listed at checkout.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our services.

4.3 Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are NOT available once we have started working on your song.

• If you cancel before work has begun, you may receive a partial refund, minus processing fees.

• If your request cannot be fulfilled, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Rush delivery charges are non-refundable. In the event that DeYo-Music.com cannot meet the rush delivery selected, a refund of the rush fee only will be provided.

5. Delivery & Revisions

5.1 Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery for songs is 3-5 business days, depending on the package selected.

• Add-ons such as videos or streaming distribution may require additional time.

5.2 Revisions & Modifications

• Lyrics Approval Upgrade: If purchased, you may review lyrics before finalization, with up to 3 modifications (see details on our website).

• All other song purchases are final upon delivery. Additional changes may incur an extra charge.

6. Licensing & Usage Rights

6.1 Personal Use License (Included with Every Song)

By default, all custom songs created by DeYo-Music.com are licensed for personal use only. You may:

• Share your song privately with friends and family

• Use it for non-monetized personal events

• Post it on personal social media (without monetization)
  

You may NOT use the song for:

• Monetized YouTube videos, podcasts, or advertisements

• Business-related branding, marketing, or promotional content

• Selling, reselling, or redistributing the song

6.2 Commercial License Upgrade (For Business & Monetized Use)

If you wish to use your song for commercial purposes, you must purchase a Commercial License Upgrade, which grants:

• Synchronization & Master Use License

• Non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights

• Legal permission to use the song for business, monetized platforms, and marketing

Upon purchase, you will receive a formal Commercial License Agreement via email, requiring digital signature before rights take effect.

This upgrade does NOT include song ownership or the ability to resell or claim authorship.

7. Intellectual Property

• DeYo Technologies LLC retains 100% ownership of all music created, inclusive of any monetary gain from the song.

• Customers do NOT own the copyright to their custom song unless an exclusive buyout agreement is arranged.

• Customers grant DeYo-Music.com permission to use their song for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.

8. Cookies & Data Collection

• Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and collect statistical data.

• By using DeYo-Music.com, you consent to the use of required cookies.

9. User-Generated Content & Comments

• By submitting content, you grant DeYo Technologies LLC a non-exclusive right to use, edit, and share your submission for promotional purposes.

• We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for external websites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeYo Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any technical issues or limitations in AI-generated content.
